It's sad but hardly anyone can calculate with this MC instead of 3.43 I got 1.43 € back 🙄 There is always something either missing or something that is not required, but friendliness is almost always shown to you. Sure, I should have checked right away, but I had my grandson with me and had to make room for the next car, so I was around the MC with the money in hand and looked at the edge to see if everything was in my pocket and then counted the money and was already disappointed because they want the guests to come back but you don't want to go there again if something like this happens again

Unfortunately something has been forgotten several times when ordering. Today again. We were already driving away when this was noticed

So when you drive through the drive here you should always check whether everything is there. Experience has shown that something is missing in 80% of all cases. And strangely enough, when there is a lot going on, the milkshake machine is not working 😘.

It's OK. here. Only some products are a bit on the small side and the prices are a bit too high and some products are still missing, especially at breakfast. Otherwise it's pretty good here.

Nice and clean, well organized and the team is attentive. The lunch break also brings relaxation.

Hygiene place, verrrrrry fast fast delivery of food, crowd,but maximum 5 min ,we can get our food... proper sanitizing...

Personally, I prefer an anonymous order from the machine less than an order from the staff. Located right next to the autobahn, I occasionally use the opportunity to quickly pick up something at the car counter. The quality is mostly ok, I always order the same thing everywhere. This week an absolute disaster, everything old, dry and lukewarm. Unfortunately, I was already further away and really didn't feel like turning around, but it's a shame. The friendly service is no comfort either. Still three points because otherwise ok.

Long waiting time, although ordered in advance via the app. And not even everything was there (fries were missing / onions were on the burger, although canceled / wrong present for children, etc)

Usually quite good. The staff is nice and the food is well prepared. Unfortunately, here too you can be unlucky if the wrong people work, like today you have to chase after your order ... several times. Checked, like everywhere else, orders and "delivery" and everything should go well :) but these little annoyances are rather the exception.

Very clean and well-organized branches despite the large number of visitors. The digital ordering system makes ordering very easy.

Drive by there often and have to say! With larger orders, they often do something wrong, so check immediately. If you know it, you will also get a biscuit or a little something for it.

Waited a long time for coffee. We complained to the management because her employee "forced" to buy at the entrance and at the terminal, although we could have ordered and paid at the cash register. The management apologized upright and bought us an ice cream (which we didn't want) as compensation. The management is very competent 👍🏽. Would come again.

Worst ever service in the McDonalds in the world. I pleased for help to charge the phone because i was lost.. and the manager tell me she will call the cops if i will bot go out

I won't write a long review on a McDonald's. It does the job, there's plenty of parking but I honestly think someone should have a look at the kitchen work processes in there. I thought McD should be about efficiency not chaos. Nonetheless will keep on using the place as it's clean and nearby.

Toilets are disgusting

Always interesting how extreme the ratings of this fast food chain within a restaurant differ. So when I visited here everything was fine, the restaurant was clean as you can see in the pictures, the service worked quickly and I was served in a friendly and friendly manner. Toilet was clean, so everything was fine here 👍

I am giving 2 star to this McD restaurant due to poor service. I ordered for a Latte Grande and a croissant which took hardly half an hour those there was no crowd of people inside the restaurant. FYI, I was there at around 11 a.m. My friends had to wait for me till I had my breakfast. Poor customer service.
